I noticed my a work friend's nails a few years ago which were done beautifully and that's how I discovered black swan. As you can see I have returned multiple times since then and interacted with many different manicurists here (I think each set you see below is done by someone different). I have not had a single bad experience. The girls go above and beyond- some even start a nail over if it looks off to them without you prompting. They want you to be happy with the finished product. I think the price they charge is fair compared to other salons too! Nails last an avg of 2-3 weeks with the gels or powders- I go for a refresh because of growth, not chips/breakage.

My nails look amazing from this place....for about 3 days. I seriously have conflicted feelings about this nail salon. The nail techs who work here are usually super friendly, especially the 2 managers (they had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a power outage, and during my rescheduled appointment the manager gave me a 50% discount!) They also always offer a free drink, and the free back massage is AMAZING. However....the quality of my dip powder manicures hasn't been great lately. The techs are INSANELY rough with the drill, my nail beds are almost always red leaving. My nails always have cracks and dents on them within 72 hours...and I'm not rough with my hands/nails at all. Also, it's important to note that if you want to feel relaxed during your appointment, I wouldn't go here because their services are very rushed. They're extremely quick and efficient, they're able to remove my dip powder, give me a new color, and an eyebrow wax in an hour or less.
