Closed before closing time wasted 30 min ride

This store is permanently closed I believe. The phone is not in service. I had a $46 dollar credit there. Now what am I supposed to do? Gee, seems to me you would update this website and let the public know.

This place is never open when I show up there, even tho it says they are open... no update was is going on with this store.... I was in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes and 4 people showed up and were as disappointed that store was closed... are they out of business?

I have called dozens of times, left numerous voice mails, messaged both public and privately on Facebook and nothing. The 5 times I drove there and they were open, the store and staff completely changed. They acted as though they were hiding the secret that they were closing. Half the store was closed off. There was used equipment that people were bartering over. For the 5th time, they refused to accept my Gift Card. They kept saying, "we are closing for inventory" or "we are remodeling" The store was beautiful, I was excited to see how they can make it even better. They did not do either. I tried before Covid happened, so they cannot use that as an excuse for their system being down. That is how long I have been trying! I even reached out to the BBB and they had no answers. This was my absolute favorite place to browse and get inspired. They have no regard for their loyal customers. Are you officially closed? What can I use my Gift Card on? Will you even read this? Please give a straight answer!

11.51 on wednesday. Store is closed. Online and door says open. I am so upset. Drivenfrom new hampshire for what used to be be fave store. Shocking treatment. Update your website and fb page. Takes a few minutes and thinking of your customers go a long way
