Michelle is amazing. We sat down with her upfront to discuss what we were looking for. Michelle was reliable, professional, in constant contact with us, and so friendly. When showing us potential new homes, she always answered our queries as soon as possible, if not immediately. It made the whole experience positive and a lot less stressful than it could have been, considering we had moved across the world from Singapore to Connecticut in the middle of a pandemic. She went out of her way to help us, took us to the Social Security Office, the phone company, gave us a list of restaurants, to name a few. Thank you, Michelle. You were our first friend in the USA.
