I cant say enough about this place. Her work on upholstering a chair exceeded our expectations. Not to mention how nice she was to us from the time we walked in the door. Sharp contrast to a competitor we had visited for a proposal.

I took my 1970's Steelcase chair to Netkins to have it reupholstered. This chair was my fathers and I've used this my entire adult life. It was in rough shape when I took it to Jan and she fixed it right up.
I took it in, picked the fabric and three weeks later I got my chair back, just as comfortable as I remember it. Jan went the extra mile and included arm rests (which I doubt were on originally), and make a lower back pillow with the extra fabric.
Jan is very pleasant to work with, is very responsive and does an excellent job. Couldn't be happier with the work she did.

I barely recognize the settee Netkins rebuilt and reupholstered for me. It went from sad to utterly sublime. I could not be happier with the outcome. Can work be described as beyond perfection!? If so, that is definitely the case here. Highly recommend.

I had a cushion from a medical device upholstered and Janet and her crew went above and beyond to make it perfect. The price was on point also. I can't say enough about this shop. Best I've seen.
