        American Professional Services school is second to none when it comes to preparing students for careers in emergency services. The professionalism and expertise of the instructors are truly exceptional. Their genuine care for students' success shines through in every aspect of the program. If you're considering a career in emergency services, this school is the ultimate choice. I can't recommend them highly enough a definite five-star institution!

        Save your money! Unless you've already been hired somewhere, and they're paying for your training... buyer beware. They do not focus on job placement. The owner told me that very frankly after I requested help. The training is top notch. Hands on experience is minimal though. And the institution does not care once they have your money.

        The phlebotomy program through American Professional Educational Services was phenomenal. The classroom information was presented professionally and accurately without any gaps in content. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and relatable. Ample lab time was provided for maximum hands-on skills learning. I was more than prepared for the national exam and was able to secure a job in the phlebotomy field without a delay. I highly recommend APES programs and certification classes.

      Ms. Edwards was a student in our Phlebotomy Technician program, and she was upset with us when she was unable to be hired as a phlebotomist. She inquired about job placement and was told we are not a placement service. We do provide information about where our students have been successfully hired recently, but we are not able to place students as we are a school not a placement service. The majority of our students that successfully pass our program are able to find employment, but that is ultimately up to the employer that is hiring. Ms. Edward’s other area of contention is regarding the minimum passing standards for venipunctures. The NHA (the certifying agency) requires a minimum of 30 venipunctures, and we guarantee that students get at least that number. However, we encourage our students to get as many as possible and we have had students obtain well over double the minimum amount. As with many things, it is all what you put into it. As Ms. Edwards states in her review – the training is top notch. She acknowledged in our communication, that she had no issue with the actual program itself. Based on this, I disagree with a 1 star review as per her own statements, the aspects of the program we control we delivered on. The areas she has concerns with are on the student to take responsibility for.
