Do not go to these butchers! I have been trying to obtain care for years! They refuse to schedule appointments, do not listen to patients, and absolutely will not help you! This dentist sent me to a specialist that not only pulled the wrong tooth, but both dentist and specialist failed to notice the obvious bad tooth causing the real issue. Then, when I scheduled another appointment they scheduled yet another specialist that cost $218 dollars for 36 seconds of time and "there is nothing wrong go see a neurologist" when MY TOOTH IS BLACK. My wife chipped a tooth, called in, next day had a filling. I've been in pain, had constant jaw infections, and 4 appointments with NO FOLLOW UP and no help! Even when the dentist has identified problems, still NOTHING! This dentist practice is very very very very bad! DO NOT GO HERE! I will be hiring a lawyer as now I am disfigured, have a badly damaged jaw, and need severe dental care all because of no care on this offices part. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!

Best and most professional dental office within 50 miles. Dr. Dunne is best cosmetic dentist outside of NYC. Dr. Fisher is excellent at emergency and palliative care. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.

Love the dentist and hygienists. However, while waiting in the waiting room (my mother and I were the only ones), the receptionists were having a rude conversation about the gender identity of the patient that just exited, out loud in front of us. The conversation included rude inappropriate remarks and jokes. Unable to listen to the petty giggling, I left and waited in the car.

Great dentists and hygienists; no complaints there. Would definitely recommend this place (and have!). Only criticism would be the way they bill patients. For major procedures (crowns, root canals, etc.) they have patients pay up front what they estimate the charges after insurance will be, instead of simply billing insurance first and then having the patient pay the remainder after (as just about every other place does). That wouldn't be so bad except that sometimes you overpay based on their estimate, and they never tell you that you overpaid. They just hang on to your money in a little "savings account" at the dentist that you might not find out about until months later. I found out I had $200 in credit with them many months after I had a procedure done, and even then they tried to encourage me to not ask for a refund and to leave it with them. If they are going to force patients to pay upfront based off an estimate, the very least they can do is auto refund any overpayment, or even simply alert patients of the overpayment, but they don't.
