Everytime I go to this location something is wrong. They almost always screw the coffee up but the worst part is, you have to wait an ungodly amount of time. Even if there is only one car in front of you, its ridiculous. On top of that, if youre patient enough to actually wait, by the time you get to the speaker theyre so rude. They either rush you into ordering (and thats why they mess up) or they give you massive attitude, as if you didnt just patiently wait twenty minutes. Multiple times Ive had to just drive away from the disrespect alone.

Place is literally run by crackheads. I ordered and paid for a coffee and asked for caramel (same coffee Ive been ordering here for 20+ years). Night guy had an attitude from the beginning. Told me to go to drive thru window but wouldnt let me pay online then complained because I had to use Apple Pay. I explained there was no caramel. He claims he put it. I asked for 2 more; he says he has to charge. I try to pay and he says there is no button to charge. I told him to refund, he claims he cant. I had to throw my coffee away and did so on camera so management can see. By the way, He crumbled up my receipt but apple pay has record and Ill be in tomorrow morning to speak to management. To be noted: I didnt get ANY of the caramel my coffee came with last night when I paid and they were out. Last week bought 2 XL hot chocolates that were missing 4 inches out of each cup. Way better Dunkins in the area!!
