Manager John Paul is an asset to the brand. As a member and a shareholder, I can say that this management team is in a tough spot with their pharmacy and optical operations. John Paul was presented with me as an irate, cursing customer this afternoon after finding the optical department closed in the middle of the day when it should have been opened. John Paul found me at poorest behavior in the throes of a multi-week drama involving the optical department that is still playing out. John Paul managed my expectations and prepared me for the disappointment of not being able to receive my wifes glasses yet again, but also treated me with dignity, respect, and empathy the whole time. Authorize him to pay speciality departments more in order to attract and retain staff in those departments to minimize impacts to operations caused by staff absences.

Please start making enough bakery items. This is the 4th weekend in a row that Ive come here and the baguettes are all gone. 4 weekends in a row for an item that isnt all that popular. That tells me theres not enough supply. We cant even get into the parking lot without waiting for an hour, the least you can do is make sure we can actually buy what were coming here for. Now I just wasted my Saturday afternoon.
