Where do I even start? Well, let me just say that Factory Underground Studio is a gem!! The most amazing venue that I to date have hosted an event at. If you want a VERY spacious venue that is charming, rustic, vintage, and truly hip, then look no further. We just hosted my sisters surprise 40th birthday here and every single one of my guests raved about the place. Let's take it back to the inquiry phase. From the moment I reached out to Amy, she was so helpful, pleasant, and available always. Every single staff member I spoke to throughout the 3 months of planning truly demonstrated impeccable customer service. They went the extra mile (and i mean the extra mile) to ensure that all my desires were met. If I needed something, they accomodated, no questions asked. On the day of the party Amy and a few staff members even helped me set up tables, set up my backdrop wall, clean up, you name it! They treated me with nothing but kindness and I truly could have not asked for more. You will not regret having your next event at Factory Underground Studio. The possibilities are endless there and I promise Amy and the staff will help you make your vision come alive to hosting the most perfect event!!! Thank you Amy and staff. You will be seeing me in the future for sure!! I am actually sad that my event is over and I am looking for excuses to host another one there :)

Great studio to rehearse, record, and perform at. Ethan and Kenny are doing a wonderful job. Tom is a great engineer to work with. Cliff is a great guitar tech in the building too.

A great place to chill and listen to very good cover bands and the like. Comfortable couches and chairs to sit and enjoy some of your favorite tunes from the past and present. A most enjoyable time, Everytime.
