Urgi-KIDS Pediatric Urgent Care

I went to this office to get my 2yr old son seen. He had been running fever overnight, vomiting and poor appetite. We had a two hour wait before getting seen, they put two other patients a head of us even tho we arrived before them. The lady at the desk claim cause I was a new patient that she could not check me in until my paper work was completed. This was not explain to me on arrival to office. The address online is wrong had to go to three location before we found the place. The office is not clean you can find spider web behind the doors. The care was ok very, very focus assessment. APRN Lauren was ok. I requested to speak to manager two time was told he was too busy with meetings to speak to me. Overall I would never go back to this office for care again.

The receptionist is very rude. The doctors are nice but the waiting time is two hours

Extremely slow... u can get seen in the ER quicker than here

This is false advertising it is not an urgent care. You can get same day appointments only no walk ins. Would have been nice to know that information before driving there with a small sick child. Was not seen so can not speak to the quality of the care. It is a Pediatrician office that also accepts same day patients by appointment only.
