Started using SavaALawn a couple of months back and am already impressed with the quality of service, knowledge of the applicator/specialist, carefully adjusting the treatments to reflect the particularities of my lawn. From an interface standpoint, easy to use web site, account has all the information, from payment to history to future applications aso. Very well put together. Also, emails are being sent out before each application. I took care of the lawn myself until now, this is the first time I hire someone. No experience with other companies, but SavATree/SaveALawn was highly recommended and decided to work with them. So far, very pleased.

I booked an appointment with an arborist to look at a sick and dying hedge in my yard. It was an urgent as whatever is happening is happening quickly. A day later William Henry sent me an email cancelling my appointment as the person I was due to meet with had a family emergency. Normally, I would be empathetic and understanding but being the nature of problem and the fact that I was a new client- I thought it to be extremely unprofessional to send me an email rather than a phone call or not to offer to send someone else out. I was told he would be available the following week. I was not able to wait. when I expressed my disappointment I received no response. Something felt very off and I was obviously not worth their time. They just didnt care
