The place looks great, but the staff, I am not sure about at all! After playing more than two dozen of squash tournaments elsewhere, my son played a Silver one here today. It is absolutely the worst and ONLY terrible experience we ever had, period, and I wish I could give a zero star! Be cautious to go here to play tournaments, and we will never play here again. One of its staff, as the tournament organizer, was coaching the other player that my son was playing against. During Game 3, my son felt nauseous and was about to vomit because of the foods he had, after running around, and asked the referees to come out for imminent vomiting. The staff reported to her director, who came right away saying that my son needs to get on the court and cannot get off the court because of vomiting. My son got back on the court immediately, after nodding yes to my question about if he is okay and wants to continue. He survived and won Game 3, but same situation happened again in Game 4 and my son ended up with vomiting, when he could not help it and was not allowed to get off the court. We were then allowed and told to go to the restroom and got out it in a couple of minutes, just to find out that the match was over and awarded to the other player because of my son vomiting, without any communication or warning in advance, while my son was leading and winning Game 4. My son was asking why the director said he could not get off the court because of vomiting and then decided the match was over when he stayed on the court and ended up with vomiting finally. Also, during Game 4, the organizer director was specifically around watching my son playing and a kind of shouted "get back to play, every time when my son wiped his hands on the wall or bended down for a deep breath for a very few seconds (which is a normal behavior seen for all players and my son only did so 2- or three-times during Game 4). But it is not an isolated incident, another parent complained that when his son was playing, one organizer staff was talking frequently with the referees, trying to influence, when a game was in progress and then was coaching his son's opponent, their member or favored player, during the game break right after the game. It is obviously unfair and discriminated treatment of tournament players by the organizer! By the way, two organizer staff were seen on benches to coach their favored players everywhere during the tournament! It is against the US Squash rules that organizer staff coach players during their tournaments, let alone they talk and try to interfer with referees at the same time. They surely know of the violation, but they do it for a reason anyway!
