The home buying process was quite the wild ride for me. I was a 1st time home buyer entering into a hyper competitive market during Covid. My first realtor (not at all affiliated with this group) was very lackadaisical and made the process extremely difficult for me. I was eventually able to connect with Bill Karchere, here at Platinum Property Realty, and couldn't be more thankful. Bill provided me night and day services compared to my original realtor. From start to finish, Bill gave me consistent updates on properties in the area that were genuinely within my budget, helped teach me about techniques to be aggressive on the homes that I really liked and was lightning fast at responding to any questions that I had. Bill proved to me time after time that he genuinely cared about finding me a home that I would be happy with and did not ever try to force me into properties that I didn't like or homes that would set me up for financial ruin. When my offer was accepted, Bill not only was super helpful in walking me through each step to close but he also provided me with names and numbers of people who could help pull the transaction over the line. Each person that I worked with during the closing process were beyond compassionate and helpful to me and understood that, as a single 1st time homebuyer, I needed a lot of help and guidance to get things done quickly. Thanks Bill Karchere and the PPR team for making one of the most stressful processes in my life a pleasant and happy one! I am now living in a home that I love all thanks to this team. 5 stars all day.
