Carolynn called me in under an hour when the plumber I'd been working with hadn't responded in two weeks -- for a QUOTE. Instead of replacing my boiler for $8,000, Dean from Plumbing Works came in 2 days at 7:00AM and diagnosed a much smaller problem. One call to his shop for parts and 1.75 hours later for repair and walked away with a $500 solution. Glad I noticed Dean and his coworker hauling a water heater into a home in a torrential downpour a couple of days earlier. Had a feeling these guys weren't afraid of work. Noted the name on their van and picked up the phone. Best call I've made in years!

They rip the customers off. Overcharges for the jobs. Asked to talk to the owner about the charges. He wouldnt return the call even after repeated calls. I will never use them again.

I hired Rob to do all plumbing and gas work on a new construction project. They werent doing things according to code. Rob also had a poor attitude. Theyre a shady business. I found another plumber to finish the job.

We have been using this company for about 4 years and would never again go with anyone else. They are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, and will explain what they are doing with extreme transparency. Highly recommend.
