        Wilner and his team have been amazing for my 4 year old son. He was a bit timid walking into the gym the first time, but after two sessions he won't stop talking about boxing. We're lucky to have this gym in Norwalk.

        I have done boxing in the past before, but you cant compare. Their workout routines really get the best out of you. They offer 2-3 classes a day and their one on one training sessions are killers. I cant thank this guys enough for getting me back on track. Best full body workout

        This is a fantastic and fun work out. Beats the Gym any day of the week. The strength training and boxing will definitely get you into shape fast. Great staff and a choice of classes and personal training sessions. I highly recommend Wilner Mendez Boxing!
