        Coastal is an overall comforting and positive experience. The staff treated me very well and was attentive to my needs. Dr. Fletcher is an excellent doctor who really knows what he's talking about. My shoulder was in bad condition but he explained the arthritis to me and that surgery was not necessary or the proper treatment. I really appreciated his honesty and attentiveness in care. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend him.
