Arhaus

I recently had a particularly great experience with two of Norwalk's SoNo Arhaus associates, Hash Hafizi and Sofie Dabelko. What a team! They guided me through a lot of furniture options to make sure I was purchasing items that matched my taste and fit my space well. They were very patient and went above and beyond in helping me make sure all the measurements were correct. Their expertise and commitment made my furniture purchase stress free. I highly recommend working with Hash and Sofie!

The interior design team at Arhaus are terrific. They helped us design our space quickly, without making us feel rushed or pressured. They showed us numerous mock ups of various looks, the final renderings were super helpful for me personally, as I care a lot about details. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews. However, I recently had a particularly great experience with two of Norwalk's SoNo associates. Buying high end furniture is never an easy task for me, but Sophie graciously answered my many, many design questions. She then looped in Hash, who helped with the actual purchase. I visited the store several times and Hash, with the patience of a saint, made the buying process a breeze. Kudos to Arhaus for bringing Sophie and Hash on board!

I had a great experience with Arhaus. I worked with Hash, a salesman who really helped us decide what was right for us. He also stayed in touch with us until everything was delivered and helped us along the ways. Hash was awesome!

Wish we had seen the reviews before making a purchase - we purchased several items in store and paid at the time. Loved their design and aesthetic for a long time. We were then contacted ONE YEAR LATER stating that payment had not been made. Each time we provided them w copy of the receipt and they stated it was a different order despite us not being in the store since our purchase. Every time we spoke with customer service, we were told it would be looked into. However, no explanation was given and each call was basically as if the previous request for info had never happened. The (lackof) customer service was disappointing considering Arhaus is supposed to be a premium furniture brand, more expensive than C&B, pottery barn, etc. Ive dealt with C&B and they have EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Ill go spend my money elsewhere!
