        I brought my 48" Bobcat to get serviced which was all put on paper then I received a call days later with a price of $1600 of a new list of things that wasn't on the original list....so I decided to just pick my mower...when pick up all my belts that was checked out wasn't put back on so now the mower doesn't run...I'm highly upset at the fact that it worked prior to now doesn't

        I bought a Honda lawnmower from Home Depot. I needed repair and they helped me same day, no wait. The fix I needed ended up being soooo simple, the cashier clerk saw a spring unattached, reattached it at no cost. I tipped him very well. I wasnt even there for 5 min. Im extremely happy with the service I received. I will now only shop from this store going forward.

      Mr. David, I am sorry you were disappointed, please let me explain. The transmission belt was left off, our error. An honest mistake and I apologize. We found it necessary to include missing safety devices in this estimate, which of course raised the repair cost. The safety switches and levers must be in working order for your benefit and anyone nearby. The safety mechanism is designed to shut off the mower when the operator lets go of the controls. This is very important, big safety issue. Again, I am sorry for our error. Ross Brandman
