Staying here as a healthcare traveler. My experience has been as expected! This is an extended stay, it's not a luxurious hotel. The front desk has been more than helpful and always kind. My room is quiet, the hallways are loud if out in them from hearing through doors, but never had any trouble sleeping as my room seems soundproof. My room is clean and has provided us with the space we need. So nice to have the little kitchen and not eat out all the time. The location is convenient right off of the Parkway.

Very unclean rooms rude staff and smelly hallway and tub and bed and desk had hair and old appliances fridge didn't even have door shelves and key card doesn't work 80 percent of the time.

I checked out 12/24/2023 at room 254, I forgot my black high-speed phone charger in the room. When I called the front desk, they refused to help me, the housekeeping stole my wallet, didn't report it to the front desk.
