I placed an emergency call to this company after there was severe flooding and subsequent water and mold damage to my basement. A technician promptly arrived to survey the damage and explain the next steps of the process. I found this information valuable as my wife and I are first time homeowners and this was all new to us. As work began, the staff were professional with the workmanship and fully knowledgeable on the rebuild of our basement . The workers were polite, clean and on time for the duration of the project and the owner, Igor, was one call away to explain every step of the process. That helped tremendously. It was a very stressful situation for my wife and I, but they were able to complete the job in an organized and timely manner. We wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with this company. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. We would absolutely recommend them.

This is an amazing team. I couldnt have asked for better service. Extremely professional but also goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is well taken care and satisfied. We had a bad situation. Leak from unit above us into both our bathrooms. I think it had been going on for a while because the mold they uncovered was bad. Igor and his team were considerate, attentive, detailed and very responsive. Once they started the mitigation process they were thorough, fast and very considerate of their surroundings, ensuring they didnt let the mold spores spread. All in all a great experience and result.

Cant say enough great things about Igor and his team. So responsive, communicative, thoughtful, and the quality of their work is the best I seen from a water restoration company, and its not even close. Water issues can be stressful, but Igor and his team are so easy to deal with and so professional. They do an amazing job of taking as much stress off your plate as possible. I cant say enough great things about Gene and his crew. If only all businesses served folks with such care. He sets the standard of professionalism and expertise. I discovered a great deal of black mold growing in my basement the night before a trip. I was stressed knowing I was about to embark on a trip, unable to deal with this head on. Long story short, my dear friend/neighbor immediately connected me with Gene who moved his schedule aside to get into my basement while I was away, to assess. Genes knowledge about all things mold related is unparalleled. I wouldn't use anyone else nor should anyone.
