Worst pharmacy Ive ever been too in my life! Long wait, terrible attitudes with high prices. The store staff is no better! I rather get my 3k a month in prescriptions at a further location then to deal with a staff that is rude. Even the pharmacist has a bad disposition. The items is most likely in the wrong place so you have to read the description of the price tag. Shopping at Walgreens on West Street has always been a nightmare -1 Star

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. Appalling customer service. For a company grounded in hospitality and healthcare its laughable that you keep such miserable and disrespectful staff members.

THE PHARMACY & STAFF SUCKS !!! why call me to tell me my prescription is ready when it isn't??? I was told I had to wait 15 min for a prescription that should be filled already .. not to mention I went to pick up this prescription( the next day because I had no time to wait) & the chunky Hispanic woman with the thick, overly-drawn on eye brows is having a personal conversation with a woman. Now, this woman has made her transaction & is completely FINISHED. So I walk behind the woman and state my name to the worker ( I don't have time to wait until people personal conversations are over) & then the worker says "okay" nonchalantly and then proceeds to talk to this woman. It is already understaffed as it is!!! You are here to do your job, not hold up the line by having person conversations with ppl, get their number to talk to them later at home or on your break or something .... So unprofessional with her funny looking self.
