Terrible, they randomly closed our account without prior notice and the manager was unsympathetic and incompetent. Dont waste your time with this terrible institution

I have never experienced anything so unpleasant in my entire life. this was my first time in this chase bank, I don't usually go there, I was picking up a package from amazon as the receipt says it will be open until 6pm I arrived at 5:05pm. A lady was in front of me entered, closed the door and locked it looking at me and walked away. She didn't even say the agency was closed, or I'm sorry come back tomorrow. she simply locked the door and walked away in the opposite direction. she was a lady, unfortunately I couldn't see her name. I hope the manager finds who was that person so that other customers do not experience such rudeness!!!
