Do not take your car to this shop! They are ridiculously overpriced and do not know how to run a business, its no wonder why they are never busy. My car was supposed to be picked up Saturday, the job wasnt completed and told me I could pick it up first thing Monday morning, I called them 3 times throughout the day and was told 20 min before close to come get the car, they misquoted me TWICE and asked for an additional $200 at pick up because the lady at the counter doesnt know how to quote pricing and when confronted with the error she caused, walked away from me because she was busy even tho the shop had closed at this point. I will never take any vehicle of mine to this shop, worst service I have ever experienced. They need to remove the lady who works there because she cant handle something as simple as quoting correct pricing and gets an attitude when confronted with her mistakes

I took my sons car there when 3 other places in Norwalk didn't want to deal with it. Bobby diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for repair. It was a very big job he he completed with with full satisfaction and honesty. Will be going back for my car fixes from now on. A+++

They're great. They help out when my transmission left on the highway and got my car towed to Brooklyn for me.
