Avoid at all cost unless you like wasting your money and getting constantly aggravated. Any and all issues brought to managements attention are completely dismissed. This apartment complex is the worst complex Ive ever lived in for numerous reasons. The cleanliness of the building has significantly decreased since we moved in. There is dog waste in the elevators, hallways and around the building. Beer cans/ bottles are constantly left in the elevators, on the ground and in the lobby. There was also a mouse alive on the 4th floor inside the building. The building is a complete free for all. There is no security or concierge on site. The last person is here until 6:30PM when the leasing office closes. Common spaces are supposed to close at 9PM but it is often that residents are on the roof or in the pool area well after closing time having loud conversations or smoking in the non smoking building. The front doors are also left unlocked from 7AM-7PM daily. Even on days when there is no one at the front desk. The Norwalk Police Department is well know at this building. There are often car break ins, domestic disputes and packages stolen.

The first thing you see is a beautiful lobby area that is full of color. The staff is gracious and respectful. Its a non smoking building but there isnt a specific place for smokers. That should definitely be addressed. Knowing there are people that smoke is important to cater to them in some way. Multiple people smoking outside is not the way to contain smokers. Its weird that they would accept smokers yet not have a place for them to smoke is insane. Pulling out of parking spots to dodge those smokers is hazardous. It would be nice to see a designated smoking spot for smokers that is out the way of a very limited parking area. Also I notice there is not one single handicapped parking for anyone that doesnt pay for the covered parking lot. There are a lot of elderly people living in the building and there are not many hand rails or electric doors for the handicapped or elderly. I think the designated amenities should be rethought to Cater not to just non smokers and people with animals but also every one else!

I only visit this location. It looks nice, but there is always something going on. From offline elevators to the fire system going off. The people and the amenities are also nice.
