So far so good with nexus property management. Everything I was looking for in a management they have provided. They are very competitive and reasonable with their rates and services. They even take the time to do check ups on the house and send a full report. I like that my manager Mick takes the time to hear my concerns and actually take time to think through solutions. I can tell these guys have a passion for what they do and they care about their customers. Mick also communicates really well I feel like Ive been a part of the whole process without being overwhelmed with the normal landlord headaches. As of now I honestly feel that my home is in good hands and look forward to future investments with Nexus Management.

Don't use them, they just wait for the right moment to take all the rent to themselves, their bill multiples somehow to be quadruple.
