Used this group based on a recommendation. Had a follow up appointment for my daughter that I booked over a year ago. Called to confirm the appointment this morning since not receiving a call and I live 30 min away. Spoke to Amanda and she informed me that the doctor left the practice in Feb and I did not have an appointment today. I took off work to go to this appointment and now I am out. Amanda very rudely told me I had to reschedule and when I questioned about why I was not informed of the dr leaving she told me to have a nice day and hung up. Apparently great customer service is not required for a receptionist job here. Now to find a new dr for my daughter.
