        Best gym in New Haven area for powerlifting! I wish I had spent more time training here but between work between here and Virginia it was nearly impossible. (Plus my depression took over unfortunately to the point I backed out of my next meet in May). Here's to my next chapter and hopefully getting back into training ASAP. Cheers. Join this gym, you won't regret it and seems like such a supportive community.

        RTL is truly an amazing place to be. I have a herniated disc, and training with Mike has been a huge boost to my strength, confidence, and pain management. The programming I receive is extremely well-adapted to my needs, and the facilites are perfect for each and every workout. After 4 months of training, I've already felt huge progress on my strengh and overall health. Five stars all the way!
