My experience with Envy Towing was smooth and worry-free. My SUV started making a grinding and squeaking sound after a long day of driving when I pulled into the driveway. My automakers roadside assistance program quickly hooked me up with Envy and in just about an hour late on a Thursday night, Corben, the tow driver, arrived. He was knowledge, gregarious and brought my car to the nearest dealership in no time. Turns out, a small rock was lodged in my rotor, not the major repair that I had been fearing. This company is amazing! I cant thank them enough for their prompt and courteous service. With the snow we just had, our road was packed with black ice and packed snow. We spun off the road into a ditch at night. Jerome came out quickly and took care of us. The communication was also super helpful. We never felt like we were abandoned. He got us back on the road quickly and we made it home safe and sound. Thank you again so much!

Absolutely the worst towing company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They accepted a uhaul call for our broken down vehicle, gave us a 5 hour time frame which we agreed upon. After 7 hours stranded on the shoulder of I-95, they ignored my calls and blocked my number. They did not communicate with uhaul or us to let us know they were not coming to the service call. This company has no business ethic, and I highly recommend going elsewhere for any towing or repair services.
