        The employees do their best but the owner is lazy and cranky. He will not jump in help employee no matter how long line is. They never answer the phone. As UPS stores go it stinks. The dude needs another line of work.

        Waiting is a virtue, while the store has seen many ups and unfortunately downs, my shipments always get to where they need to go, prices are more then reasonable considering inflation, and the new staff carrying on Ellas legacy are astonishing!

        So much better now. The staff is attentive and reasonably quick. They are also courteous and friendly, unlike the past 18 years.

        Some older, very depressed sounding dude. I'm guessing the owner wouldn't give me the email the send my label and and he took the phone off the hook. Go to Seymour ups it's not far away. The other staff I can't say anything bad about.
