WARNING!!!!! Do not do business with them! I dealt with Joshua for a purchase of an outlaw, supposedly the new manger at their new location. Joshua and Jessica in finance. I put a deposit down on an outlaw . I am an out of state buyer and was getting the RV shipped which we discussed and included in my purchase price. I filled out the finance application even though I was previously approved because I am aware that is how you get deals at dealerships is by using their finance Co. So after I left the deposit I filled out the apps. Jessica called the next morning to say we were approved after running mine and my husbands credit of course ( hard inquiries) deposit in.she ( Jessica) went over finance items and details . Still waiting to hear from Josh by the afternoon next day. I finally get a call and am told someone sold the RV we were buying to someone else. Seeking legal council and did not know this could even happen. Still waiting for my $2500 deposit and have requested for Jessica to figure out how to do a reverse on my credit to get the inquiry off. Dont have high hopes for this . Havent heard from Josh and have tried to reach out and ask for help and I will continue to reach out until the inquiries are off our credit reports. I could go on but this is very frustrating and very unprofessional and as a new manager this should have never happened nor do I think he is cut out to be in this position. To tell me sorry is not going to cut it, if they were a little more proactive about helping find a way to get these inquires off my credit then maybe I wouldnt be writing this but there you have it. Not sure how this happened but its clear there is no standards nor ethics at this place.

Finance is a joke Jessica has no communication skills would not answer emails or calls after sale. Sold us on warranty insurance even though my better judgment said I should not have and told us we could cancel at anytime which did state in contact. Couple days later after reviewing I decided to cancel but she would not send me the form to cancel. She quit taking my calls or answering my emails and she was the only one who could process the cancellation we were told. Very unprofessional and deceitful.
