Pedros team recently demoed and laid down a new driveway for me, reset Belgian blocks and leveled an intersecting walkway. Totally awesome looking! Theyve also laid 1,000 + patio stones, helped clear my parents home (5 dumpsters with) and numerous other project and many other projects large and small. Highly recommend! We had one very good experience with Alvarez when we hired him to do some masonry work and to re-pave a section of our driveway. We then tried to hire him to seal the driveway and had it set up 2 months in advance that he would do it when we were on vacation. It was confirmed twice before we left. He never showed up to do the work, and never communicated with us about a need to cancel. He also was very slow to get back to us when we called to find out why. His excuse was its a very busy time of year. Services: Concrete masonry, Driveway or walkway paving

UPDATE: Even with plenty of watering the grass didnt come in properly. The backyard grass is so patchy and looks terrible. And now Pedro seems to be the most difficult person to get a hold off - I have been trying to get in touch to ask him to come over to discuss options for weeks now. No response to phone calls, to texts, voicemail box is full, etc. Finally got a hold of him and fixed a time to come over. He was a no show! Texted him and no response obviously. I will have to find someone else to help fix the backyard issues and end up spending double the money. Pedro and team did a fantastic job setting up a good drainage system in my back yard. Half of my yard was always slushy and unusable. Pedro came by to discuss options and gave us a fair price. They also regraded my entire back yard, applied topsoil and reseeded it all for a good price. Pedro fit us in to their schedule quickly and got the entire job done in a day. Thank you Pedro.
