Carol Pines is rude and unprofessional! I ended up having to call the insurance company myself with several issues Carol couldnt be bothered to take care of. Then she has the audacity to rudely tell me I dont understand how insurance works! Since Im doing all the work I understand exactly how insurance works! Who speaks to their customers this way ? Carol knows it all yet is too lazy to do her job! Disrespectful, arrogant and useless!

It's the 21st century; anyone can round up rate information. That's what computers are for! What distinguishes an insurance agency today is the principals' expertise in assessing insurance needs, implementing coverage strategies, & delivering ongoing account service. That's where Randy & his team excels. Randy has of course implemented technologies to support his team, and his clients, but the tech stuff serves client relationships, not the other way around. We look forward to working with Randy & company for years to come!

I have had them as my company for over 7 years. Always responsive ina ny situation, in regsrds to claims, policy changes and life changes. Highly recommend them. Although there office is an hour away and I have never been therethey handle everything fast and efficient. Cant say enough positive about Randy and his team.
