I had Anthony and team revise my rotting front porch and deck and they really did an outstanding job with the overhaul / replacement to composite decking. Anthony gave really excellent recommendations with the current space and was able to provide detailed estimates on parts/labor. The workmanship was done per city codes with the upmost attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

Hey Antony, there is not enough room on the Trex Review spot. Heres some more of my thoughts. I would rate PBL contractors as excellent contractors in every aspect of the word. They were accurate in their estimate of my work and performed it as as scheduled and accurately. I would recommend them to all that would need home renovations. Some years ago, I had a deck built by a different contractor and he did not follow the building code or the plans. The deck was level with the sill of the entrance door so when we got an inch of snow on the deck, we could not open the door. After two pulse years of trying to rectify that problem with the original contractor I gave him a deadline to correct the work and nothing happened. I contacted PBL Contractors and within a few days Antony arrived on site and created an estimate and plan for lowering the deck. In the process of lowering the deck Antony noticed there were no hurricane ties to the deck joists as code requires. In addition, there there was a span of about 8 feet of the deck attached to the rim joist of the house. The building code prohibits attaching deck ledgers to the 2 foot cantilevered rim joist of the house. An additional support post had to be added. There was no hand-grip railing on the stairs to the deck before. Antony added one which certainly provides stability going up and down the stairs. The original stairs before blocked easy snow removal under the stair railing. Antony rebuilt the stairs the way they should have been done with a slightly larger tread and less angle. They are greatly improved over what was there before and snow, when we get some, can just be pushed off the side of the tread. Joseph Goyette, Southbury CT

My husband and I recently had lattice framed out under our front porch. We could not be happier with the outcome. The lattice looks absolutely beautiful! The crew was extremely professional and friendly! We will definitely be using them again for future projects! Thanks again.

We had our deck redone we went with pressure treated. Antony gave us a price that was within our budget. Jimmy came and tore down our old deck and started right away. It took less than a week to finish. Jimmy did a fantastic job, added little details that our old deck didn't have.
