I am very tall and scheduled for knee repalcement in July. The surgeon suggested I get a taller toilet, so I called Tony at Jet Plumbing. Tony not only came right away and installed a 21" toilet, but he also installed, free of charge, a 2" booster seat which has made my life so much more comfortable. Spectacular customer service, thank you so much.

Excellent service. Good pricing and honest people. Did a great job replacing sump pumps in the basement and put on covers for us. Got them to look at multiple other issues throughout the house and Tony and Miri took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend. Service: Sump pump repair

Tony and Miri from Jet Plumbing were truly fantastic to work with from start to finish. We contacted Tony because of a leak in one of our pipes, and he came out with his brother, Miri, to assess and address the issue. They were able to come out quickly, arrived within the estimated timeframe, and they even gave us a heads up when they were on their way. They assessed the issue thoughtfully and thoroughly, and they gave a fair and transparent assessment of the work that needed to be done and the cost of services. The price was super reasonable, and I was so impressed and relieved that they were able to work on it right away. Their work was top-notch quality, efficient, and detailed. Tony and Miri both took the time to explain what they found once they started the work and how they fixed the issues, and they were able to extend some of the new piping so we could mitigate any future problems in that area. I also want to highlight their overall thoughtfulness too-- they were respectful of the space they worked in, and they even went so far as to vacuum up the bathroom area because they had to cut into the ceiling to address our issue. I couldnt believe how nice and clean they left everything-- truly professional and respectful! My husband and I know who to call whenever we have any plumbing issues-- Tony and Miri are the best, and I will highly recommend anyone to use their services!!
