        Last 3 times I went in this store including today, they blatantly get you to buy the most expensive option for the product/part you are looking for. Today it was antifreeze, the sales associate asked me make/model/year of my vehicle. He was trying to hand me the $27 option when went to grab the $14 option. He was disappointed and when I was cashing out, he said to another employee first time it didnt work today BE WARE.

        I had a very good experience with the Advanced auto parts store in New London Connecticut. I had only nine minutes to purchase a battery charger before AutoZone closed. I went to the store and an employee locked the door as she saw me approaching the door. She walked away and would not Even look at me as I knocked on the door. Knowing that I did not have much time, I drove quickly to the Advanced Auto Parts Store that was nearby. The store employee happily greeted me. He said that his registers would shut down in two minutes at 9 PM. I grabbed a battery charger and he quickly rang it up for me. He was so polite and helpful with such a short amount of time to make my choice of charger. I now shop at Advanced Auto and no longer go to the AutoZone that I have been going to for years.
