        Was in a package they offer for graduate school applications. Horrible experience that made me ask for a refund. Terrible and lazy mentors that always blamed the mistakes on the client. Only one female coach assigned to me was helpful, but overall the company was fake and corporate. The service charge was almost $10k, but it is worth way lessa total waste of money and energy. Very unprofessional and manipulative. The company refunded me half of the money after having a draining and toxic interaction with their legal team. Overall, paying someone to look over your essay at other tutoring websites would be WAY BETTER than paying the coaches here.
