Jazzy's Cabaret

We were charged $20 when we stepped in the door. Then waited 15 minutes for a table as the staff talked with each other, although the place was empty, aside from 4 other seated tables. We tried to order drinks and we were told they didn't have the items to make two of the drinks we requested. The food took a long time to arrive and when it did arrive, it was just so unseasoned and uncooked. The singer was good, so that was enjoyable. But ultimately, whoever owns this place need to actually manage it. The servers are spending all their time talking and socializing . We sat next to an empty dirty table, with old drinks and used napkins, the entire visit. All in all, we really wanted to like this place, but it lacks way more than it impresses. Plastic drinking cups, cold food and uncooked rice, poor service, and a high price that doesn't match the low quality. Great concept, but we never return. It seems like all the thought was put into the concept and none was put into actually operating a good restaurant. It was exhausting waiting for everything and having to coach the service staff on each next step. Jazzy's= Meh

This place is nice, it has potential for sure. However the service is terrible, there is no communication with you and the server. Did even have mimosa flavors. We were told our food would be 5 mins, while already waiting 30 minutes, it was yet another 30 minutes. Then they got one of the orders wrong. The establishment has a total of 5 tables. There is no reason for the delay, the mistakes or whatever is going on here, cite spot but I sure wont spend anything else here. Also, the shrimp and grits is $25, comes w 3 shrimp. Total do not waste your money. As a trained, degrees chef, do not waste your time. Take a few pics and leave.

Visited this restaurant with my husbsnd last night, thrilled to have a date night, left kids at home and was highly disappointed. The wait time to get my meal was way over an hour. The beef empanadas, taste like the blackened seasoning, maybe they are using the same oil? Not sure. My entry, which was rice and jerk chicken was absolutely horrible. Wow. I took it to go, and if I would of taken the time to taste it before I left, there's no way I would of paid.
