Where do I start Unique property management is horrible The raise fees assignment and do nothing w the money The parking lot lights r out there is a retaining wall falling down horrible property management They cut the grass every week all summer waste of money to didn’t even grow

I currently live at Steepleview Condominiums located at 63 coleman street #15, east haven, ct. The property management co., is Unique Property Management, LLC located at 83 Main Street East Haven, CT. I have been nothing but disappointed with how Unique Property handles living condition issues at Steepleview. I have placed numerous complaints about noise issues. I was advised by the Board Association to keep a log with the date, time and detailed issues, which i did - only to have NOTHING done. i was also advised to keep recordings of the constant noise (screaming, fighting, stomping, temper tantrums, music, singing, crying, grown adults screaming every morning "its cold, its cold, its cold" "why me ????? why wont my poopies come out") Most of these issues have been going on for the six years i have resided at steepleview and the previous tenant who resided at steepleview for 12 years also complained and moved because of these issues. At the last board meeting, it was decided that the noise issues would be taken care of by 1) fines every time a noise issue occurred and 2) soundproofing was installed. NOTHING has changed. THE NOISE is horrific. I cannot sleep at night because of the noise which has continued at times until 3:00 a.m. and every morning the bathroom issues. I was told that i am "only a tenant" - which i feel is discrimination. Please check into condominium associations and property management companies before deciding to purchase or rent before u make the move!!!!!
