        This place is my go-to! Their pizza is one of the best in New Haven. Food is fresh. Portions are big. Highly recommended!

        This place has gone downhill. Rock bottom. Food is more mediocre every visit. The entire staff has blundered in customer service. On one occasion, the owner refused to correct an order the restaurant made incorrectly. He was extremely rude and condescending. Ultimately, we were left to reorder from another restaurant. On the next, the restaurant took a pick up order over the phone and did not fulfill it. After a thirty minute wait at home, we were told to just wait another thirty minutes, at the restaurant for our order. The cashier insisted that our total for two (2 topping) Sicilian pies was $85. He too refused to make any adjustments or review the charges. He then told us to order delivery online and go home. We chose to save ourselves the headache and leave. We will not be returning.
