This practice is amazing. Excellent doctors and midwives. I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years. The nurses are so pleasant and friendly and (one has been there since I started- so that means the staff are treated well). I had two healthy babies with this practice and two births with the practice at Yale. I highly recommend for Women's Health and Obstetrics. Simply the best.

I just had to change my review based on the owners upcoming new changes that will affect all businesses here unfortunately. I guess now the owner of the property will soon be charging everyone to park in this broke down parking lot thats part of the building. Its ridiculous. The entrance needs to be fixed. Youre lucky if you dont tear off your bumper trying to get into and out of the parking lot. I will now switch to the other OBGYN location just because of this change. No thank you! Also, the staff is nice at this location but the wait is absolutely terrible. You will literally wait forever in the patient room. I have been sitting in here with my pants off for over 20 minutes and not one person has came back or checked on me. Takes too long!! Another huge reason Im switching locations.

I went to this clinic for 7 years and was pleased for the most part. The front desk staff is awesome and Spanish speaking. I specifically was interested in seeing a black doctor but ended up seeing pretty much everyone. To my surprise, everyone was great EXCEPT the black doctor, Francoise Boubert, MD. During the pandemic life was stressful and I was pregnant with my 3rd child at advance maternal age and other high risk complications. Dr. Francoise Boubert took no real interest in my health and left me feeling unheard and unhealthy. I was scared to death that I would die and she had no care in the world. I asked for a note for time off work and she talked to me like I was trying to get over on her or something. She didn't take me seriously and my baby was delivered by emergency c-section 3.5 weeks before his due date and I refused to let her perform it. I immediately switched clinics.
