It was our first time here and we LOVED it. Mario made our time so wonderful. He is personable and is a gracious host to the establishment.

Owners are Italian, check. Music and ambiance is Italian, check. Outstanding home made food, check!!! Started of with their baked bread that by itself, was so good I could have just ordered of bowl of sauce to dip. My companion had the Risotto capesante e funghi which was excellent. Perfectly cooked scallops with such good flavor, the sauce was perfectly made and the risotto was perfectly cooked. All served in a bowl. I am not a risotto person but this was very good! I had the spaghetti carbonara that had guanciale and eggs. Perfectly yummy! Big portions to take home too. Finished off with a cappuccino, now its nap time. Of course the day was made so enjoyable by the lovely Veronica! So attentive and with great conversations. I was back in Rome Frank Pepes or Sallys for another day
