They never answer the phone they don't care if your homeless they have a place to stay. I been calling them for over year and left them multiple messages but they just ignore you, really beck customer service whoever is in charge of answer the phones there or responding to voicemail should be fired I don't know how the he'll they still got a Job there.

No one in they offices cares you have an issue wit your home. Even emergency calls are no rush. You need LCI to get them to fix anything. Neighbors are drug dealers addicts or felons. Random people knocking on your door all hours at the night. Keep yo kids away. Parking stickers and unassigned parking but tennants feel they obligated to parking spaces. They send they kids to mess up your car. Towing don't come unless manager calls but manager to busy to call. Like the PO PO they never come until you dead. Don't come here. Maddie and Jason don't care for you. Property vandalism the mailboxes which is a federal crime. The cameras done been shot out. No privacy no security no hope.

My brother has been living at 358 orange st for almost 2 years and the management there sucks it was a flood about 4 months ago from the 10th floor on down all his stuff was ruined they put a claim in to reimburse his bed and no one returns his calls and from that flood came a TON of roaches,as Im typing this hes been downstairs waiting in the lobby for hours because BOTH elevators are broken this place is horrible I advise everyone to call housing authority in DC

Someone tell me why does housing allow undocumented people to live in their premises? How do these people get the right to the housing program ????? ?????? !
