Epic. This is my go to place. Rooms are good, location is great for Yale. What makes this hotel special is the people. The service here is epic. They go so far above and beyond. They are kind. They smile. The team here makes the difference and I come back for them.

Looks like construction work has been going on for the last 6 months. Initially, they started the lift work and gradually extended it to renovate the rooms .. There are some white substances in the water, especially while checking hot/warm water. When checked with the reception I have been told that construction works are going on due to this they have limited availability of water .. This issue seems to be going on for the last 4 to 5 months.
