This place is essentially a racket. Theyve overcharged customers and tacked on unnecessary, sneaky fees to glasses/contact orders for years. Good luck trying to get your money back through customer service or even in person, they are known to hang up/disconnect midway through a call, and the staff continually fails to process bill issues. Id recommend shopping for your contacts/glasses online or through a retailer like Costco. At least when the old staff/doctor was there before they were bought out, the actual service and exam was thorough and friendly. If you have a morning appointment expect the doctor to show up at least 45 minutes late to work, and rush through about 5 exams in 20 minutes. Find an independent eye doctor while you still can, before theyre all bought out. Dont just take my word for it look up the multiple class action lawsuits theyve faced for harassing customers and underpaying their employees. These are companywide issues unfortunately, not just problems with this particular location.
