Michael Uhl is the reason that I have been able to move my 19th century four-family brick rowhouse toward the twenty-first century. When we began, the energy efficiency was shockingly bad. We have come a long way, though we still have solar to do. The many aspects would have overwhelmed me. I would have had no idea how to find competent and responsive companies. I certainly did not even know about some of the products now installed here that solved problems (Indows for example). Throughout the process Mike's expertise, patience and willingness to assist with the unexpected issues that arose was more than adequate to my needs. It was enjoyable to learn from him and to work with him. He respected my right as the owner to make decisions, but gave me the resources to make good ones. He was realistic about the complexity of this building. He worked well with my tenants as well as with me. He understood that I have limited funds. I am very happy with his services.
