Rachel was great at walking us through the steps and nuances of creating a special needs trust; explaining details and bits of the law a layperson wouldn't know. She worked with us to complete Wills for me and my spouse as well as the trust. Not every lawyer can honestly and reliably work a special needs trust and she was well versed in this area. Rachel was very responsive when we needed questions answered on short notice. Highly recomend! :)

In the time I have known Ms. Mirsky, I have discussed cases with her and witnessed the progression and completion of their stories. Ms. Mirsky is intrepid and fair. I have seen her handle multiple cases and I am impressed at her willingness to follow through on details. She does not make undeliverable promises. In several instances, I have seen her have more concern for the wellbeing of her clients than her clients seem to have.
