Rachel Charleston is the rudest, insensitive person i have ever met. Screaming at a client and ONLY listening to respond without actually listening is something she needs training in. I didn't get to finish what i was saying because she was screaming and then hung up on me. That is NOT professional and this needs to be addressed. I will keep making my complaints until this problem is fixed because this is NOT the first time she has flown off thw handle at me. Please fix this situation and enroll her in a sensitivity class and train her on how to speak to people. How disgusting.

Well i can do nothing but be appreciative to JD Amelia and to my wonderful worker Rachel Charlston. She has been nothing but the best aslong as i did what Im suppose to do to keep my certificate, and i really thank her for that. Its been a time where I could have lost my housing because of my mouth , but realized they are here to help me . Bottom line is you have to give respect to earn respect.
