Ms.Lavette is the best cosmetology instructor and mentor ive ever had! she prepared me for my test after being out of school for 2 years and i passed! she is very involved not only with you but knowing all the ins and outs of the exam. i couldnt ask for a better teacher and i couldnt have passed without her amazing guidance! i would recommend Ms.lavette if your looking for a state board refresher course that will guarantee you to pass!

I highly recommend taking Ms. LaVette Allen's Cosmetology Refresher Course to anyone needing such an education. LaVette is highly qualified, a master educator, who is very pleasant and patient to work with. She offers affordable course packages that can meet your education and schedule needs.
I had a blast during our Zoom sessions (I live out of state) and am forever grateful to Ms. LaVette!
Taking her course was seriously one of the best decisions I have ever made. Our work together helped me to pass my written exam and my license is now reinstated!!!!

Mrs. Allen was absolutely amazing! Her course was definitely worth the money and she was very patient with me. She worked with my schedule which I was so appreciative for seeing as I went through a difficult time trying to figure out work and a new baby. I also live in a completely different state and so Our classes were via zoom call which worked out perfectly.
Im so thankful for her help with preparing me for my cosmetology test. And yes I passed! I couldnt have done it without her and I highly recommend.
