      image Amazing location, super convenient walk from downtown or Yale. Staff are always very helpful. Had a confusing situation with a gift card, the staff, Megan and Luis, didn't stop until they had it figured out.

      image Really awful experience. Walked in with my son, husband and I was hauling a wagon too. I was met with a question from the staff that implied we should t be there. Young staff is very rude. I ended up buying shirts because the store had what I needed but they made us feel like we didnt belong. Not family friendly for shopping.
