This unique property has a small auditorium, most frequently used by the New Haven Ballet for classes. The upstairs floors are commonly rented to Yale Graduate students.
The common spaces are kept clean and reasonably safe, as you would expect in a commercial premises, but the owner has clearly deferred many repairs to the historic trim and wood appointments.
The foyer tends to be very cold in the winter, and the basement bathroom is utilitarian, if frigid.
Getting cell/wifi signals in the building is very difficult.
